I was born and raised in Germany and was formerly an art teacher, focusing primarily on textile and ceramic.
A little over nine years ago I ventured into creating mixed-media art, with a passion for making colorful collages. At this point I mostly paint geometric shapes with acrylic.
It fascinates me to play with colors and to always create new shapes. As an artist, I like the endless possibilities and constantly look for new ideas and inspiration. I strive to create art that is unique.
I have shown my art in various galleries and exhibited at the Newport Beach Library, as well as Segerstrom Center for the Arts. I have shown at the Laguna Art-A-Fair and have many pieces are in private art collections.
The process of creating my artwork makes me very happy and my goal is to bring happiness and enjoyment to everyone who appreciates my work.
